In this talk and panel discussion, Anni will provide the definition of DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility) and discuss the DEIA values, opportunities, and challenges in the open source community today. Anni will also share some her experiences and best practices in supporting the open source communities outside of US (primarily China, India, and Europe). In the second half of this session, Anni will invite a panel of Open Source experts to share their perspectives on the subject of DEIA in Open Source.
