The Linux Foundation Member Summit 2021

As we came to work the week of March 9th, 2020, all plans we had made for 2020 went out of the window and the Comcast OSPO had to make new plans for 2020. This plan went through multiple adjustments throughout the pandemic as we learnt from the environment and what the business needed. From events going virtual to focusing inside the company on Developer Advocacy and InnerSource collaboration, many lessons were learnt that we will continue into the "new normal". Come listen to how we adjusted our focus and made the OSPO relevant to the company during a constantly changing time. I will cover both our normal running operations and what we did during the pandemic and what we will take with us into the future.
